The Vaccine Production Line is mainly used for production of vaccine and other big volume bottles. It is comprised of three machines: 1) YMLP Series Bottle Unscrambler (or rotary turntable); 2) YMGS Series Filling Plugging Machine;  and 3) YMXD Series Capping Machine. Each machine can function as an independent station, or be connected as a compact line. This complete automatic production line performs the following: bottle unscrambling, filling plugging, and cap sealing. We can solve common problems of dripping, low precision and low rate of plugging. Nitrogen fill is optional.
